Crispy Kale Chips

These crispy kale chips make a wonderfully nutritious salty snack for when you have the munchies. They also add some crunch when crumbled on top of a salad.
  • 10 ounces kale (ribs removed)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
  2. Cut or tear the kale into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Wash the kale and dry it well.
  4. Put the kale in a large bowl and add the olive oil and salt.
  5. Massage the oil into the kale.
  6. Place the kale in a single layer on a large baking sheet and put it in the preheated oven.
  7. Cook for 10-13 minutes until crispy and slightly brown at the edges (make sure it doesn't burn).
