5-Minute Pesto

This 5-minute pesto is incredibly easy to make and so delicious that you might want to eat it all with a spoon. Careful!
Ingredients
  • 2 cups basil leaves
  • ¼ cup pine nuts
  • 3 cloves garlic (decent sized)
  • ½ cup olive oil (not extra-virgin)
  • ½ cup grated parmesan
  • Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. Put the basil, pine nuts, and garlic in a food processor and blend until fine.
  2. Slowly add the olive oil while blending.
  3. Add the parmesan and blend until just combined.
  4. Add freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  5. Store in a jar in the fridge to use in sandwiches, on roasted vegetables, with pasta or brown rice, or any other delicious way you can think of.
