3-Ingredient Chocolate Banana Milk

  • 1 cup sliced frozen banana (or 1.5 medium fresh bananas, sliced)
  • 1 cup milk*
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • *You can use any type of unsweetened milk (oat, almond, hemp, soy, dairy), but if you use a thinner plant milk like almond milk, you might need to use less cocoa.
  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy.
