Grapefruit smoked salmon salad and $100 Milk & Eggs Giveaway

This grapefruit smoked salmon salad is full of fresh flavors and healthy omega-3s to keep you happy and healthy
  • 1 ruby red grapefruit
  • 4 oz smoked salmon
  • 1 avocado
  • 4 cups greens (I used dandelion and arugula)
  • Squeeze of fresh lemon
  • You favorite salad dressing
  • Freshly ground black pepper.
  1. Peel and cut the grapefruit into 1" chunks.
  2. Cut the smoked salmon into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Dice the avocado.
  4. Split the greens in half and lay out on two plates.
  5. Top with the grapefruit, smoked salmon, avocado, a squeeze of fresh lemon, a drizzle of your favorite dressing, and a few grinds of black pepper.
