Sweet and Spicy Mango Avocado Salsa {Vegan}

  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1 mango
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • ⅛-1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (depending on spice preference)
  • Pinch of salt
  1. Dice the avocado and mango.
  2. In a large bowl, put the avocado, mango, lime juice, cilantro, cayenne, and salt.
  3. Stir carefully so as not to squash the avocado.
  4. Serve on your favorite tacos, or as a dip.
