This banana mocha smoothie is full of fiber, healthy fats, and a shot of cold brew coffee, making it a healthy and delicious afternoon pick-me-up.
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup cold brew coffee concentrate
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ avocado
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (can add more to taste if necessary)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup 2% milk (or milk of your choosing)
  • 1 cup ice
