3-Ingredient Apple Crisp Breakfast Parfaits

  • 4 apples
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups granola
  • ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
  1. Peel, core, and dice the apples.
  2. Put the apples in a small pan with 2 tbsp water and the cinnamon, if using.
  3. Cover and simmer over a low heat for about 10 minutes, until the apples are soft.*
  4. Remove the apples from the heat.
  5. Put ¼ of the stewed apples in a mason jar or serving bowl.
  6. Top with ½ cup Greek yogurt and then ½ cup granola.
  7. Repeat with the remaining ingredients until you have 4 servings.**
  8. Serve and enjoy.
  9. *Apples can be stewed in advance and stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  10. **Although this is delicious when the apples are warm, you can also prepare these in mason jars in advance and store them in the fridge for up to 5 days.
