This wild blueberry ginger smoothie contains ingredients designed to maintain intestinal health
  • 1 cup wild blueberries (can substitute regular blueberries)
  • ½ cup banana, sliced
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 cup coconut milk kefir (can substitute regular kefir or any other milk of choice)
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  1. Put the blueberries, banana, avocado, ginger, lime, and kefir in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 glasses, top with the pomegranate seeds, and enjoy.
