Vegan peanut butter banana overnight oats
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1¼ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut (or almond) butter
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  1. Mash the bananas in a bowl.
  2. Add all of the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Pour into mason jars or some other small container with a lid.
  4. Place in the fridge overnight (or for at least 2 hours).
  5. Remove and enjoy.
