Raspberry Chia Overnight Oats

Healthy raspberry chia seed overnight oats
  • ½ cup oats*
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 4 tsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup non fat plain Greek yogurt**
  • ⅔ cup low fat milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • * If you use gluten free oats, this will be a gluten free recipe
  • **You can substitute regular non fat plain yogurt, it just doesn't contain as much protein.
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well to make sure the honey gets dispersed and doesn't sit in one lump somewhere in the mixture.
  2. Pour the mixture into mason jars or some other small vessel with a lid (for example, a leftover jam jar).
  3. Put in the fridge overnight (or for at least a couple of hours).
  4. Enjoy.
