It is filled with the most delicious, festive treats, perfect as stocking stuffers for the holidays. It even has all my British childhood favorites!!! When we have enough fruit in our diet, cravings for sweet treats often lessen, so we can choose to eat them mindfully instead of struggling with an overwhelming urge to eat them. The bottom line?
