The list of items labelled gluten-free is endless – bread, pasta, cereal, chocolate, yogurt, vegetables, and even water. But what exactly is gluten? Was it even in those products to begin with? Thanks for your comment. I quite agree. I often hear people say they are going gluten free to be healthy, without actually knowing what it means.
