A refreshing smoothie bowl made with kefir, kale, chia, mango, banana, and lime juice
  • 2 cups raw kale
  • 1 medium banana
  • ⅔ cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup low fat unsweetened kefir
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 ice cubes
  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and add the toppings of your choice.
