A refreshing, immune-boosting tropical smoothie made with fresh turmeric and ginger
  • 1 cup mango
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 banana
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • ½ tsp freshly grated turmeric root (can substitute ¼ tsp ground turmeric)
  • ½ tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. If you want to make a smoothie bowl, use frozen mango, pineapple, and banana.
