A mint, lime, and ginger smoothie with mango, pineapple, banana, and kefir.
Ingredients
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 5 mint leaves
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger
  • 1 cup kefir
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Top with granola, nuts, or fresh fruit.
